This is a contest logging software for HAM Radio using.
Cause the latest version(V4) have made a encryption, that if one doesn't bought this software, he even couldn't download the setup file
So I got this from my friend who bought a copy of this, and uploaded that on RapidShare
I posted an old version(V3) of Win-test last year on TSRh Team forum
Don't know if the old keygen can inspire anyone who's looking into this,
So I post them here
